We are happy to announce our first international Wellbeing Retreat, Journey to Awakening. Our magical retreat home will be

Le Pianore Villa, set in the beautiful Tuscan hills of Italy. Sitting in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, surrounded by woodlands, vineyards, olive groves and mountain streams, with spectacular views and untouched landscapes,  Le Pianore Villa and Organic Wine Farm is an ideal venue for our Yoga & Breathwork retreat.​ With no immediate neighbours you have total privacy, and no noise restrictions or curfew. Dip into our swimming pool for respite from the midday heat and enjoy lounging on the deck chairs until sunset, or the evening yoga, watching the sky turn red and feeling the cool evening air descend.

 

The Journey to Awakening Retreat

This retreat is very much for awakening your spirit and soul, for relaxing, and taking the time for yourself to nourish your mind and body. Connect with new people, make new friends, and be one with the stunning nature surrounding you. We will be tapping into the rejuvenating energy of Mother Nature- The Sun, The Earth, The Water and The Air 

 

What to expect on Retreat

Expect to be welcomed with open arms, and connect with others on the retreat with no judgment. We have always strived to build a community at our Revitalice Retreats, and this one will be no different. 

 

Dana is a passionate yoga teacher and will lead the morning and evening yoga practices. Dana draws many elements from her own practice of yoga into her teachings that include vinyasa, yin, kundalini, meditation, kriya and chanting.

Russ is a Certified Breathwork coach and has been a Wim Hof Method Instructor since 2019. Russ will guide the breathwork sessions and cold dips. With Russ' guidance, you will experience a deep, powerful and often transformational daily breathing practice. The sessions are very organic and go with the flow, so don't be surprised if there are primal movements dropped in to loosen you up and 'connect with your inner animal'.

What is Included

• 5 Nights at a stunning traditional Tuscan farmhouse    

• Delicious wholesome breakfast and 3-course evening meal all made with organic and local ingredients

• Daily morning meditation with either Russ or Dana

• Daily yoga practice with Dana (some days there will be 2 practices a day)

• Daily breathwork with Russ and cold dips in Le Pianore's own natural pool (including ice baths too)

• Forest Ceremony

• Cooking class with Le Pianore's chef

• Flights & Transfers 

• Extras at Le Pianore (additional drinks and food out of meals time, etc)

Bookings - Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of your selected room is due to book and the 2nd half is due by 30th June 2025. Refunds on the 2nd half are possible up to 8 weeks before the retreat starts (26th July 2025).

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time at Le Pianore will be from 16:00 on Sunday 21st September

Check-out time will be 10:00 on Friday 26th September

Airport: Le Pianore can be reached from Florence airport (2hrs drive), Pisa airport (2.5hrs drive) or Rome-Fiumicino airport (2.5-3hrs depending on route taken)

*We can arrange a group minibus transfer to/from the Pisa or Florence airport (depending where everyone is flying to) at a cost of approx. €80 per person

You can also hire a car to get to the venue and travel around during your down time
